Он отличается устойчивостью к высоким температурам, чрезвычайно высокой жесткостью и ударопрочностью. В промышленности материал PEEK применяется с целью производства деталей и компонентов для аэрокосмической и автомобильной промышленности, а также в медицинской сфере. Это оптимальный 3D пластик для технического применения в 3D печати, который придет на помощь там, где прочности других полимеров недостаточно.
ARKPEEK-1000: 100%PEEK
A high performance thermoplastic, PolyEtherEtherKetone. It is semi- crystalline and offers high- strength and stiffness as well as high-heat resistance. Also, as it is chemically resistant to aggressive environments, it is suitable for sterilisation for medical and food contact applications.
● Similar strength to low-grade alloys

● Semi-crystalline structure providing outstanding mechanical and thermal properties
● Very high chemical resistance (after annealing)
● Can be used up to 260°C/500F (after annealing)
ARKPEEK-CF30: 30% Carbon Fiber + 70% PEEK
A high-performance thermoplastic, PolyEtherEtherKetone (PEEK), reinforced with Carbon-Fiber. It offers high stiffness and high-heat resistance.
● High dimensional stability and weight-to-strength ratio
● Higher stiffness at high temperatures, HDT A 315°C allows short term usage at even higher temperatures
● Very high chemical resistance (after annealing)
ARKPEEK-GF30: 30% Glass Fiber + 70% PEEK
A high-performance thermoplastic, PolyEtherEtherKetone (PEEK), reinforced with Glass-Fiber. It offers high stiffness and high-heat resistance.
